1. Non-Tangible, Creative Work

At Storia Connect, we offer personalized, creative services that result in custom-made digital products. Due to the nature of this work, all sales are considered final once the session or project begins.

2. Deposits

A deposit may be required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures your spot and covers preparation time.
Unless stated otherwise, deposits are non-refundable if a cancellation occurs less than 48 hours before the scheduled session.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.
We will do our best to find a new time that works for both parties. In cases of timely cancellation, we may transfer your deposit to a future booking at our discretion.

4. Dissatisfaction with Final Product

We work closely with you during the creative process to ensure your vision is honored. If you are dissatisfied with the final product, we invite you to contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your concerns.

While refunds are generally not offered, we may—depending on the issue—offer minor revisions or provide alternative solutions at our discretion.

 

5. Revisions

One round of minor revisions is included in the scope of most projects (such as small text adjustments, trimming, or color tweaks).
Additional revisions or major edits—such as re-recording, restructuring, or substantial changes—may incur extra fees. These will be discussed and agreed upon before any further work is undertaken.
